Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: March 1, 2026These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and AIMA, a trade name of Monkey Matters, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By submitting a project brief, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
AIMA provides AI-assisted creative production services including but not limited to: music video production, corporate explainer video production, TV and radio commercial production, social media asset creation, print design, voice cloning and voiceover production, original music composition and mastering, AI avatar creation, motion graphics and animation, instructional and eLearning content, and AI automation pipeline development.
All services are defined in a project-specific Creative Brief and/or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to production.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any production begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final approved files.
- Rush orders (48-hour delivery) require 100% payment upfront plus the $500 rush fee.
- All prices are in USD. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee (ACH/wire waived).
- Invoices unpaid beyond 14 days of delivery are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. A "revision round" is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through our review platform. Revisions are returned within 24 business hours per round. Additional revision rounds are available at $200 per round.
Upon receipt of final payment, Client receives a full commercial license to the delivered final files for unlimited use across any platform, in perpetuity, worldwide.
Source files (Adobe project files, DAW sessions, raw prompts, n8n workflows) remain the property of AIMA unless the Client purchases the source file add-on ($400).
Voice cloning services are performed exclusively with explicit written consent from the voice owner. AIMA will never clone a voice without proper authorization documentation on file. Client is responsible for obtaining and providing consent documentation for any third-party voice or likeness used.
Clients may not use our services to create content that is defamatory, harassing, depicts or sexualizes minors, constitutes fraud or impersonation, promotes violence or illegal activity, or violates any applicable law or third-party intellectual property right. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any project that violates these standards.
We treat all client project materials, briefs, and business information as confidential. We do not share client work publicly without explicit written permission. Clients may request a formal NDA prior to project kickoff at no charge.
AIMA's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. Questions? [email protected]
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: March 1, 2026AIMA is a trade name of Monkey Matters, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We collect: name, email, phone number, company name, project brief content, payment info (via Stripe — we never store card numbers), uploaded brand assets, and voice samples for cloning (encrypted, deleted on request). Automatically: IP address, browser type, and page analytics via Google Analytics 4.
We use your information to deliver services, communicate project status, process payments, send newsletters (if subscribed), and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers bound by data processing agreements (Stripe, Google, Notion, Frame.io) and AI production platforms strictly to the extent necessary to deliver your project.
Project files are retained for 3 years after project completion, then permanently deleted. Voice clone samples are deleted within 90 days of delivery unless a Voice Retainer is purchased.
You may request: a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, or opt-out of marketing. Email [email protected] — we respond within 10 business days.
We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 for sensitive files at rest, and two-factor authentication on all internal systems. Our website may contain links to third-party sites — we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: March 1, 2026A 50% deposit is required to begin any project and is considered earned upon project kickoff. The deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced, except in the circumstances outlined below.
A full refund is issued when:
- Client cancels before concept/storyboard approval and before any AI generation has begun
- AIMA is unable to deliver the agreed scope within 200% of the quoted timeline due to our own failure
- The final deliverable materially fails to meet the locked Creative Brief after all revision rounds are exhausted
- AIMA declines the project after kickoff due to content policy concerns
Partial refunds (balance only, deposit forfeited) apply when Client cancels after concept approval but before first draft delivery, or pauses a project without communication for more than 60 days.
No refund for: dissatisfaction with AI aesthetic style after approving the concept direction; change of mind or budget after production begins; delays caused by Client's failure to provide feedback or assets; completed and approved projects.

Alternatively, request a full creative reshoot — a complete restart at no additional charge, limited to one reshoot per project.
